About Our Company
Kusadasi Home Service is a friendly and modern property management company established in 2006 in Kusadasi, Turkey. One of our founding principles was to establish a modern company with a progressive attitude towards a customer focused environment unlike some of the companies in Turkey to where there primary concern is making money.
Kusadasi Home Service currently has 2 partners as well as 20 other members of specialist staff to whom cover everything from domestic duties to technical services, We also have the backing of a local architect. Our approach when it comes to the day to day running of the business is a modern day client focused business to which is proactive as opposed to merely reactive.
We are equipped with the latest in Information Technology including fax and e-mail facilities also. The working practices and systems which we have developed over the past year have allowed us to provide a service for our clients which you will see, is of paramount importance to us.
Mehmet Lastikci
Mehmet was born in Izmir in 1977. He graduated University with a degree in Tourism and Travel Management. He has worked in the Tourism industry for a long time and has represented Turkey to holiday makers with perfect knowledge about his country for many years.
After the Real Estate Market became popular, he decided to use his experience to sell properties. It was then that he noticed the absence of the Property Management Companies in Kusadasi, and established Kusadasi Home Service in 2006. His creative ideas make the property management easier for Kusadasi Home Service customers. Mehmet is a good singer and plays the guitar in his spare time, he enjoys sailing and is a captain.
Pinar Lastikci
Pinar was born in Datca in 1983. She graduated University with a degree in Tourism and Travel Management. She has worked in several Travel Agencts in Kusadasi as a reservation and operation manager.
Pinar is a partner in the company and manages the Kusadasi Home Service office. She also deals with individual customers of KHS. She is a good painter and enjoys cooking.
