Monthly bills payments which include your water, electricity, property tax, buildings & contents insurance, earthquake insurance and all other kinds of bills can be paid on your behalf.
Please note that the bill costs are not included in our package price. We charge for paying the bill only. All invoice amounts will be taking off from the flot which you leave with us.
Council Tax:
When you have a land or property in Turkey, you must pay some tax for this by two instalments every year.
Fisrtly, you must register your land or property to council office. You will need some documents with you to do this; title deed copy, passport copy, Turkish tax number and habitation certificate. Then you can register your property to council office and pay your tax.
Unfortunately there is not English spoken staff in Kusadasi Council Office. So it would be very hard to make your registration for you. As your property management company, we do this job on behalf of you. We collect all documents from you and register your villa when you are sunbathing on the beach! Then we follow your property tax and make your tax payments every year for you.
Please note that property tax amount is be designate according to the square metres of the property or land. In addition if there is more than one person name on the title deed, every body pays the same amount for the property tax.
For example, the property tax is 25-TL for a 80 square metres villa.
a. If only one person has this villa on title deed, the landlord pays 25-TL as property tax.
b. If two people have this villa on the title deed, both owners pay 25-TL as property tax each.
Please do not forget that the council office started to put daily interest on the unpaid property tax bills from 31st May 2009!!!

Water & Electricity Bills:
When you own a house in Turkey, you must have a registered electricity and water meter to use the electricity and water at your home.
Some times, people get wrong or missing information about this and they think they can use the electricity and water if they have a meter in front of their door.
This is very important that you have to register your water meter to council office (town hall) and your electricity meter to Tedas (private electricity company of Turkey).
Otherwise you pay a big penalty for illegal usage. Also when you come your home for your holiday, you open the tap and have no water after a long flight journey at the midnight! Because water and electricity offices take the meters off if there is any illegal usage. Then you will have to buy a new meter and pay approximately 50-TL for the water meter, 100 TL for the electricity meter.
Unfortunately we had this situation with some of our customers before. So we would like to inform you about this subject.
There must be a registration number which is written on a little metal plaque on the meter and you must have some individual electricity and water bills with this registration number. Otherwise it means you have no registration fort he meter.
If you do not have any registration for your meter, what can you do?

After we complete the registration works, we will need your sign on the documents. So you can meet us at the town hall or Tedas building to sign them at what time we agreed to meet you there.
