During in your absence, a multitude of things could happen. Storms and bad weather during the winter season mean that a winter care service is needed for your holiday home.


We will be keeping our eye on your property with our regular monthly checks.


Pictures of the property will be taking and putting on our website with the inspection report for your online checking everymonth. You will be able to sign in the check your home system with your user name and password which will be given to you by us. Then nobody will be allowed to see your house’s photos except you. In your property page there will be your expiry date of your service package too.


If there is any damage or repair requirement, we will be asking for your confirmation to repair it on behalf of you.


Price per year: 350 TL (175 Euro) (12 times in a year)
Price per trip : 30 TL (15 Euro)
