Pack Standard

Our Standard Package is our most popular package chosen by property owners. You will have no worries about your house when you are abroad by means of our online ‘Check your home’ system. You will be able to see your property online, anytime you want.

Bill Payments

PaymentMonthly bills payments which include your water, electricity, property tax, buildings and contents insurance, earthquake insurance and all other kinds of bills can be paid on your behalf. Please note that the bill costs are not included in our package price. We charge for paying the bill only. All invoice amounts will be taken from the float which you leave with us.

Monthly Property Check

HouseDuring your absence, a multitude of things could happen. Storms and bad weather during the Winter season mean that a Winter care service is needed for your holiday home. We will be keeping our eye on your property with our regular monthly checks. Pictures of the property will be taken and put on our website with the inspection report for our online ‘Check your home’ system, every month.

Check your home online

InternetFor privacy reasons, we will issue you with a username and password which you will be able to use to log on to our website and view photo’s and reports about your home. The password will only be given to you.

If there are any damage or repair requirements, we will always ask for your confirmation to repair it on behalf of you. In your personal property ‘Check your home’ page you will find your last statement, expiry date of your insurance policy and service package.

Welcome Pack

WelcomeHome owners generally travel with charter flights, which mostly operate late at night or early in the morning. When you arrive at your holiday home the chances are you will be hungry or thirsty, this is where our Welcome Package comes in.

A pack of essential items will be waiting for you or your guests upon arrival. We have two types of Welcome Packs for different preferences:

  • Family Welcome Pack includes 5 lt. water, 1 lt. orange juice, 1 lt milk, sprite, coffee, tea, sugar, breads, cheese, eggs, jam, butter, little cakes, toilet rolls.
  • Animated Welcome Pack includes 5 lt water, 1 lt juice, 1 lt coke or fanta, 4-6 beers, coffee, milk, sugar, crisps, biscuits, little cakes, toilet rolls.

Info service

AdviceWhen you use one of our Packages, you gain membership to the Living Guide Services. For any information you need for your property here, you just need to give us a call. For example: When you need a plumber, electrician, or even a taxi. You will be issued a customer number, this number will be asked for when you call in order to help you to get the service you require.

Key holding

KeysWhen you purchase your property from the constructor or real estate agency, we strongly advise you to change the external locks for security reasons. During the construction and sale period, lots of people have your house key. Unfortunately if you don’t change the locks, we don’t take any responsibility. Changing the locks of your property secures both sides. Two copies of your key will be held securely in our office for the monthly checks and other services. The other copies will be given to the property owner. Changing the lock and the new key costs are included in the service pack.
