We manage your rentals with our functional Rental Pack. We advertise your house for rent and keep you informed with the rental request. We assist your renters with our supporter services. Rental Pack is a full cover of your rental management.
Key Holding
This service is annual in the pack. We keep your key in our office safety for a year and we welcome your renters at the villa with the key. After their stay, we get the key from the renters back. There is not any limiting on this service, we welcome all your renters how many times it is. All gas, car and staff expenses are included to the pack price.
Advertising
With our renting service, we advertise your villa on our rental web site. When we have a request for your villa, we ask for your confirmation. After we get confirmation, we rent your villa on behalf of you. This is an annual service which includes to the pack.
Protecting
We always try to protect our customers. So with this service, we get a security deposit from the renters when we welcome them at the villa. We keep this deposit in our office during their stay and we check the villa before they leave. If everything is well in the villa, we give the deposit back to the renters and take the key back. If there is a damage in the villa because of the renters, we deduct the amount of the damage from the security deposit.
House Keeping
There are 4 times fully cleaning in this pack. Fully cleaning includes entire cleaning of your villa, all rooms, bathroom-wc, kitchen, cleaning of the windows, terrace-patio-balcony, washing the linens and making the beds are ready to stay of the renters. Also all cleaning materials and house keeper expenses are included to the pack price.
Airport Transfer
There are 8 times one way transfers for 1-4 people from Izmir Airport to the villa. We will welcome your renters at the airport and take them to the villa safety. All transfer expenses, gas, car, driver are included to the pack price.
Welcome Pack
There are 4 times welcome pack in the package. We put a basic shopping to the villa before the renters’ arrival. So they will have something to eat and drink when they arrive. It includes, water, milk, juice, coke, bear, coffee, tea, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, jam, little cakes, toilet rolls. This service will be attractive for your renters.
